摘要
为分析评价青春期性教育对高中女生的性知识、性态度和性行为的影响效果 ,对陕西省西乡县 2所中学高中部一、二年级的女学生进行了为期 4个月的性健康教育 ,通过发放健康教育材料、观看录像、讨论、咨询等形式向学生宣传、讲解有关青春期性与生殖健康方面的知识。通过对比分析干预前后 KAP问卷调查结果 ,显示干预后学生的性知识有了明显的提高 (干预前知识得分平均为 9.91± 4.40分 ,干预后上升为 17.87± 4.6 4分 ) ;但某些相关的性态度和与性有关的行为改变不明显。提示干预对提高学生的性知识有显著性效果 ,对转变性态度有一定的效果 ,但对性行为的影响效果尚不能肯定。
To analyze and evaluate the effect of adolescents' sex health education on girls' sexual knowledge, attitudes and behaviors, a short-term education was conducted among girls in two high schools in Xixiang county of Shanxi province. The intervention was carried out in the forms of written materials, video, discussion , consultation, and so on .The content of intervention included the knowledge about adolescent physiology ,care, conception , STD/HIV, and so on .Results showed that students' knowledge increased significantly (9.91+4.40 before intervention vs. 17.87+4.64 after intervention ).The sexual attitudes and behaviors changed little , especially the change in behavior. The intervention was effective on increasing girls' knowledge about their reproductive health , but limited on attitude change ,and unsure on behavior change.
