摘要
对汽轮机热力试验中诸多测量参数的不确定度和最终试验结果的不确定度进行了分析探讨 ,并给出相应的计算公式。以姚孟电厂 30 0MW汽轮机热力性能试验为例 ,进行了实际的主流量、主蒸汽流量、发电机出力、热耗率不确定度的计算。
The uncertainty of instruments, time, space, mass-flow of fluid, flow coefficient, flow beam expansion coefficient, differential pressure, density, non main flow measurement, electrical power measurement etc. in thermodynamic test of steam turbine, and the uncertainty of final test results have been analyzed and discussed, and corresponding calculation formula is given. Taking the thermodynamic performance test of a 300MW steam turbine in Yaomeng Power Plant as an example, the uncertainty of actual main flow, main steam flow rate, generator output and specific heat consumption have been calculated.
