摘要
以某488 MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为研究对象,分别在燃气和燃油工况下进行现场试验,设计得到了不同环境参数计算工况值,对不同计算工况下进行了结果修正以及不确定度计算,研究环境参数对试验结果的影响,其结果表明:两种燃料工况下,随着环境温度、相对湿度的提高,大气压力的降低,修正功率均呈上升趋势,对应的修正热耗率则会下降;环境参数中大气压力对试验修正结果的影响最大,环境温度次之,相对湿度最小;相比环境参数测量均值标准差在一定范围内变化,其参数测量仪器精度对试验结果不确定度影响更大,且对功率的不确定度影响较热耗率的影响大,在满足试验不确定度要求的前提下,可适当降低环境参数测量仪器精度,以控制试验仪器及其校验成本。
To determine the influence law of environmental parameters measured on correction of performance test results and uncertainty analysis under base load conditions,a combined cycle plant with three Gas Turbine Generators(GTGs),three Heat Recovery Steam Generators(HRSGs),and one Steam Turbine Generator(STG)in one power plant was taken as the research subject for design and calculation.First the calculation values of different measurement parameters under nature gas(NG)and light diesel oil(LDO)working conditions were obtained respectively,and then every working condition was calculated the correction of test results and test uncertainty.The results show that under different fuel conditions,with the increase of ambient temperature and relative humidity,and the atmospheric pressure decreases,the power correction is almost increased,while the corresponding heat rate correction will be declined.The barometric pressure in the environmental parameters has the greatest influence on the correction results,followed by the ambient temperature and the minimum for relative humidity;Compared with the standard deviation of the mean varies about the environmental parameter measurement that within a certain range change,the accuracy of the parameter measuring instrument has a greater influence on the result uncertainty.Besides,which the influence on the uncertainty of the power is greater then the heat rate.Finally,With the meeting the test uncertainty requirements,the accuracy of the environmental parameter measuring instrument can be appropriately reduced to control the test instrument and its verification cost.
