摘要
针对乏气送粉的锅炉一次风压力的对象特点 ,在综合模糊 (Fuzzy)控制器与PID控制器优点的基础上 ,提出了一种适用于控制锅炉一次风压力的Fuzzy PID复合控制系统。现场应用结果表明 ,这种新型的控制系统实现简单、实时性好、消除各种扰动的能力强 ,使锅炉一次风压严格控制在允许的范围内 ,确保了锅炉的稳定燃烧。
According to the primary air pressure characteristics of the boiler with coal powder conveyed by vent air, and on the basis of synthesizing the advantages of fuzzy controller and PID controller,a Fuzzy?PID control system is proposed,which can effectively control the primary air pressure. The application results show that this novel control system is easy in implementation,excellent in real time performance,and effective in disturbance suppression. It can strictly control the primary air pressure within a permissive range, and ensure the steady combustion of boiler.
