摘要
大型火电机组过热蒸汽温度作为被控对象具有滞后性、非线性、时变性,采用常规PID串级控制难以达到较好的控制效果。综合模糊及PI控制器的优点,提出了一种二模态控制策略,并将其应用于某超临界600MW机组过热蒸汽温度的控制,在DCS上进行了控制策略的设计组态和调试。基于虚拟处理单元(VDPU)的仿真表明,该算法可以有效地适应被控对象在运行中参数变化的影响,控制品质良好。
The superheated steam temperature of a large - scale generating unit has long time - delay, nonlinearity, time - variation and large time constant, which makes the effect of traditional PID control strategy not satisfactory. Base on the characteristics of Fuzzy and PI controllers,a double - mode con- trol strategy is presented and applied to a 600 MW supercritical generating unit for temperature control of superheated steam. The design configuration and debugging of this control strategy is accomplished on a DCS. Simulation results based on VDPU show that this method can effectively adapt to the changing of objective parameters with good control performance compared with PID control.
