摘要
磷钼蓝法测定海水中活性磷酸盐的检测下限约为0.020μmol·P/L。在多数海洋研究工作中,这样的灵敏度是令人满意的。但是,在我国的许多沿岸海区,在浮游植物生长繁殖旺盛春末夏初季节,由于磷酸盐被大量的消耗,在水体中其含量相当低,因此,对此类海区的调查研究以及特殊的生物学研究来说,常常需要测定更低的磷酸盐。为此,作者进行了它的萃取比色法研究。本方法是在磷钼蓝法的基础上,外加了醇类溶剂萃取步骤;检测下限提高到0.002μmol·P/L,测定范围为0.002-0.800μmol·P/L。适用于低磷海区,以及特殊生物学调查研究工作。
A method is given for the determination of low level dissolved phosphate in sea-water. It applies to the range of 0.002—0.800 μmol·P/L., compared to the lower detection limit of 0.02 μmol·P/L. with the normally used mothed.
