摘要
在检查者眼前放置交叉偏振片,通过旋转偏振片改变透射光的强度,赋于视野检查指标Amsler表阈值刺激,并改良Amsler表,使其检查范围为标准表的2倍,适用于青光眼患者的视野检查。对21例41眼青光眼分别用阈值刺激法和不用偏振片的改良Amsler表进行检查,二者比较具有非常显著的差异,同时采用平面视野检查法能够验证前者的结果。因此,交叉偏振片的使用能够有效地提高该项视野检查方法的敏感性。
By rotating the cross-polarizing filters placed in front of the patient's eyes, the perceived luminance of Amsler grid can be varied(threshold Amsler grid testing). Authors modified standard Amsler grid increasing grids from 400 to 1600, this modified Amsler grid with cross-polarizing filters was used to exam the visual field of glaucoma. the study included 21 subjects, of the 41 eyes. 31 eyes had visual field defects with threshold modified Amsler grid testing, but by nonthreshold testing only 12 eyes were positive, compared both tests, signifi- cance difference was found. Tangent screen exam could confirm the result of threshold modified Amsler grid testing. Therefore threshold modified Amsler grid testing is very sensitive for detecting field defect.
