摘要
同工酶的研究历史比较短,最早报告见于1959年(Markert and mller)。当时认为同工酶很有意义但极少存在。五十年代初有人用区带电泳法对酶的不均匀性进行了研究。但这种方法很麻烦,并且对分离酶的多种类型显得分辨率不足。直到1957年,Hunter and Markert发明了一种酶谱技术,即将凝胶电泳与组织化学染色法相结合,鉴定分类酶类。
This review was written on the basis of some major papers published recently about the lactate dehydrogenase isozymes of fishes.It is introduced as follows:
1. The subunits A, B and C of LDH isozymes;
2. The characteristics of LDH isozymes in fishes;
3. The evolution of fish LDH's.
