摘要
对鱼类同工酶近30年的研究概况,及其在鱼类分类与种属鉴别、发育遗传学、种群遗传结构分析中的应用、同工酶与生态环境关系和鱼类同工酶的研究趋势进行了评述。
It was reported that the general situation of study on isozymes in fishes in the last 3 decades, the isozyme application in the classification and species distinguishment of fishes, developmental genetics, genetic structure analyses in fish populati/ns, the relatiOnship betw％eN irozyees and ecoLogic environment, and the tendency in study of isozymes in fishes were reviewed.
