摘要
简要介绍了渤海缓中 3 6 1海上稠油油田的开采情况 ,所产原油物化特性 ,投产 7年来 ( 1 993 -)研制和使用的油溶性稠油破乳剂。这一期间原油含水由少量增加到 3 0 %。最初短时间内先后使用两种商品破乳剂 (RP 3 562和POI 2 4 2 0 ) ,脱水效果不好。随后开发了专用的破乳剂AP 0 5,主剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯扩链的直链聚醚 ,对低含水稠油的脱水效果良好 ,加入酸性添加剂可大大提高其脱水效果。随原油含水上升 ,酸性添加剂的增效作用减小并消失 ,AP 0 5的脱水性能也下降。于是开发了改进的专用破乳剂BH 0 1 ,其主剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯扩链的支链聚醚 ,目前使用效果良好 ,但酸性添加剂无增效作用。详细报道了AP 0 5和BH 0 1对绥中 3 6 1稠油的脱水性能室内和现场考察结果 ,包括酸性添加剂的作用 ,加量和脱水温度的影响 ,对两口性质相差很大的单井原油的脱水效果。得出结论 :①对于绥中 3 6 1稠油的脱水 ,油溶性高分子量甲苯二异氰酸酯扩链的聚醚破乳剂是有效的 ;②在低含水期使用直链聚醚 ,并可用酸性添加剂增效 ;③在高含水期使用支链聚醚。以破乳剂分子的扩散性能、分子结构对含水量的适应性、破乳剂的絮凝能力对以上结果作了解释。
The viscous crude oil production, the physicochemical characteristics of the crude, and the oil soluble demulsifiers developed and used for dehydrating the crude at offshore Oil Field SZ36 1 in 7 years since 1993 are presented briefly. In these years the water cut of the produced crude increases from a few to 30%. In the initial stage 2 commercial demulsifiers(RP 3562 and POI 2420) were used with no success. A special demulsifier, AP 05, was prepared soon and, being a linear polyether chain extended by TDI, was very effective for low water cut crude when used as such and, particularly, together with an acid aid as synergist. With increasing water cut the synergistic action dimished and the dehydrating efficiency of AP 05 became lower and an improved chemical, BH 01, was developed instead. This is a branched polyether TDI extended and used very successful at the present, without acid aid added. The laboratory and field results of using AP 05 and BH 01 for dehydrating viscous crude oil of SZ36 1 are described: the function of acid aid; the use level, the dehydrating temperature, and dehydrating the crudes from different wells. It is concluded that①high molecular mass oil soluble TDI extended polyethers are proper choice for the crude; ② the linear polyther is suitable for low water cut crude with the acid aid added; ③the branched polyether is to be used for higher water cut crude. The results are explained in terms of diffusion, conformity to water content, and flocculating capacity of the demulsifiers.
