摘要
考察了加氢精制催化剂HR-8和缓和加氢裂化催化剂HC-10的物理化学性质,结果表明,XRD与DTA相结合,由高温相变规律推测实用催化剂中担载组分与载体相互作用的作法是行之有效的;通过HC-10与某些裂化催化剂比较,发现形成莫来石的难易程度主要与催化剂的氧化铝含量有关;此外,还对这两个催化剂的载体特性、制备技术等方面进行了讨论。
The physico-chemical properties of hydrofining catalyst HR-8 and mild hydrocracking catalyst HC-10 have been investigated. It is very effective to infer the interactions between supported compo- nents and supports with XRD and DTA by examining phase transition process under high temperature. It is found HC-10 with some cracking catalysts by comparing that the extent of forming mullite mainly depends on the content of alumina within catalysts. In addition, the supports feature, preparation tech- nique etc. for the two catalysts are also discussed.
