摘要
本文分析了当前企业人才竞争的六种态势，阐述了人才集聚的具体目标，提出了企业人才集聚的具体对策。
On the basis of analyzing the six situations of the competion for qualified personnel between enterprises at present this paper gives concrete goal and strategy of collecting qualified personnel for enterprises．
