摘要 介绍了歪头山铁矿选矿工艺流程优化方案和可行性分析 ,提出了实施自磨机和球磨机按 3∶2与 2∶1的比例配置方案 ,以期达到阶段磨矿阶段选别流程停开 2台或 3台3 .2m× 4.5m球磨机的目的 ,实现节电、降耗 ,提高经济效益和降低生产成本。 The optimization scheme for the beneficiation technological flowsheet of Waitoushan Iron Mine and its feasibility analysis are presented.A scheme for realizing the configuration with an autogenous grinding mill and ball mill ratio of three to two or two to one is putting foward in order to attain the aim of put two or three 3.2m×4.5m ball mills out of service in stage grinding and stage separation flowsheet so as to realize the electricity saving,consumption reduction,economic benefit improvement and production cost reduction.
