摘要
轻型车是近年来国内外研究开发的新车型，其零部件采用的是传统的类比和静强度设计方法，在轻量化方面有很大潜力。本文通过对ＥＱ１０３０Ｔ轻型车后桥道路载荷谱的实地测量与分析研究，建立了后桥的设计和试验谱，并对后桥进行了疲劳寿命估算，为后桥的轻量化设计提供了设计谱。
Light--truck is a new automolile model researched on and above the country in the latest years. The components of light--truck are designed by the staticintensity design,and the strength of light --weighting is very large. In ibis paper,according to the road test and researching of EQ1030T light --truck rear axle load spectrum,the design spectrum and text spectrum are built,and the fatigue life of are axle is estimated. The data imaginations of light --weighting are got.
