摘要
本文提出了一种基于模糊技术来预测动力蓄电池残余电量的测量方法。建立了模糊变量和模糊规则，设计计算了模糊预测表，并给出了实时测量的方案。
In this paper a measuring method based on fuzzy technique for the remnant electric quantity of the dynamic battery is described,The fuzzy variables and rules are established,the fuzzy forecasted statement is designed and calculated,and the measuring plan of real time is given.
