摘要
提出了一种电动汽车快速充电的改进型方法。针对电动汽车蓄电池充电效率低和损耗大等问题,建立了一种新型的快速充电系统。该系统中的功率因数校正(PFC)变换器能够提高输入功率因数并减小谐波电流含量;而三相高频变压器使充电过程变得安全可靠,同时具有体积小、效率高等优势。引入一种多目标优化算法对充电系统的重要指标进行优化并为系统选择合适的器件。通过37 kW实验平台的仿真与实验,验证了该充电方法的有效性,结果表明充电器中变压器重量降至常规变压器重量的1/7左右,总效率也超过了90%。
A modified method for electric vehicle battery quick charging is proposed.For electric vehicle battery's low efficiency and high loss and other issues, a new type of fast charging system is established.The system of power factor correction (PFC) converter can improve the input power factor and reduce the harmonic current content;And the three- phase high frequency transformer makes the charging process safe and reliable, and has small volume, high efficiency and other advantages.This paper introduces a multi-objective optimization algorithm to optimize an important indicator of the charging system and to choose the appropriate components.Through the experimental results and the simulation data, the effectiveness of this charging method is verified.The results show that the weight of the charger transformer reduces into about 1/7 of the conventional transformer weight, while the overall efficiency is over 90%.
