在线自寻优控制机床主轴转速调速子系统转速测量新方法

A New Approach to Speed Measurement of Adaptive Controlled Machine Tools Spindle Speed Modulation System

摘要 采用实时调整机床主轴转速的方法消减机床切削颤振时,需精确测量主轴转速,由于外触发记时记数测速法容易受到变频器高频干扰的影响而导致测速结果不准,本文在分析变频器干扰影响的基础上提出了一种处理转速信号获得机床主轴转速的新方法,成功地解决了外触发记时记数测速法难以解决的干扰问题,实现了较高的转速测量精度。 When adaptive machine tools spindle speed is employed to avoid the chatter of machine tools, spindle speed must be measured accurately. For incorrect measurement can be obtained by external burst mode timing speed measurement which is easy to be interfered by high frequency of transducer, a new approach to spindle speed measurement obtained by the treatment of speed signals is proposed based on the analysis of transducer interference. The approach can succeed in solving the interference problem of external burst mode timing speed measurement and obtain higher accuracy of measurement.
