摘要
本文主要讨论切削颤振的预报方法和控制方案。在研究过渡切削过程各个动态切削参数变化规律的基础上,本文提出以特征系数M 作为预报参数,M=H_1~2·σ_F^2/σ_α~2。当M 值超过了设定的控制门限值后,微机预报系统即向控制系统发出控制信号。本文采用一种特种形式的变速控制系统控制颤振。试验在普通车床上进行。
The predictive method and the control scheme of cutting chatter are discussedemphatically in this paperBased on the study of the varying regularity of some dynamic cutting para-meters during the transition cutting process,the charaeteristic coefficient M ispresented as a predicting parameter being expressed as M=H_1~2·σ_F^2/σ_a^2.Once thevalue of M has exceeded a given control threshold,a control signal may besent from a microcomputer prediction system to the control system.A specialcontrol system with a variable spindle speed of machine tool is applied to cont-rolling the chatter.Experiments have been performed on an ordinary lathe.
