要关注教师的成果、技术职务、收入及情绪变化 ,借鉴组织行为学的激励理论 ,全面创新现有高校教师的激励机制。
It is ought to pay attention to achievements of teaching and scientific reserach,post responsibility,salary and emotions chage.The colleges teachers motivation mechanism at present should be wholly reformed according to the motivation theory of behavioral school.
