脑疟佳对鼠疟药效的研究

摘要 以伯氏疟原虫小鼠体内实验系统,采用“4天抑制实验”及杀虫速度实验方法,对脑疟佳作了药效观察,同时与常用的疟疾治疗药在同一条件下进行了对比实验.实验结果表明,脑疟佳与所试药物相比较,具有疗效高、杀虫速度快及与氯喳无交叉抗药性的特点。 Naoyaojia is a new synthetic antimalarial compound.The chemical structure is entirely different from any published antimalarials and compounds.The efficacy of naoyaojia was compared simultaneously with current other antimalarials,such as chloroquine,quinine,qing- haosu,mefloquine etc.by using“4-day suppressive test”and the test for the rate of para- sitemia clearance.The results showed that the blood schizontocidal activity of naoyaojia was superior to other antimalarials and it has no cross-resistance with chloroquine.The rate of parasitemia clearance of 12-times ED_(?) of naoyaojia was 4 and 7h shorter than qinghaosu in the time for 90% reduction and for clearance of parasitemia.
