苏联东欧剧变的过程警示着社会主义国家的共产党人，必须高度重视自身的思想建设、制度建设和作风建设。
The drastic changes of the governing parties in the former USSR and same countries in East Europe are good warning to the communists of the socialist Countries that they should attach great importance to the ideological construction, system construction of the parties and their way of work.
