摘要
本文论述了高校后勤社会化改革的必要性、指导思想和目标 ,提出了高校后勤社会化改革的三种基本模式“内化”、“外化”、“化外” ,阐明了高校后勤社会化改革应注重经济效益和社会效益 。
In this paper the writer has discussed the necessity,guiding idea and target of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,put forward its three basic modes-'internal and external','externalization' and 'making external units do the work',held that we should pay good attention to economic effect and social effect in the process of the reform and pointed out several problems needing attention.
