摘要
提出将小波分析法用于无衍射光三角测量系统的信号去噪处理 ,以提高系统的测量精度及速度 ,使系统的优良特性能充分实现 .描述了应用小波分析法的理论依据 ,给出了仿真及实验结果 。
Applying wavelet analysis to non diffracting beam based on triangulation measurement to remove noise signals is proposed in this paper. This signal processing method can be used to improve the measurement accuracy and speed to make the advantages of the system be fully realized. The theory is described, the simulating results and experiment results are given. The results are also compared with the noise removing effect made by main principal component analysis method.
