摘要
本文从二维位敏探测器 ( PSD)的结构和性能的比较出发 ,对枕型结构 PSD的性能作了理论上的推导和分析 。
After comparing structures and properties of two dimensional PSDs,the property of two dimensional pin cushion PSD is derived and verified in this paper by the light of Gear′s theorem and reciprocity theorem.The prediction of theory is consistent with the experimental results.
