摘要
锌在防护自由基损伤中的作用主要有 :抑制自由基的生成 ;增加GSH Px的活性 ;稳定生物膜 ;参与构成铜锌 超氧化物歧化酶 (CuZn SOD) ;诱导体内硫蛋白的产生而抵制自由基的损害 ;锌与抗氧化剂螯合 。
A review with 10 references is given on effects of zinc on defending free radical damage include controling free radical production,increasing GSH Px activity,firming biological membrane,joining CuZn SOD form and inducing metallothionein and chelating antioxidant.
