摘要
目的 :总结三种药物在人工流产术中对早孕妇女宫颈扩张和镇痛的临床效果。方法 :对2 10例 6～ 9周早孕妇女按就诊顺序随机分为宫术安栓组 (A组 )、利多卡因组 (B组 )、米索前列醇组 (C组 )、对照组 (D组 )进行临床比较。四组对象临床特征基本相同 (P>0 .0 5)有可比性。结果 :三种药物用于早孕人工流产术对宫颈扩张、镇痛效果肯定 ,与对照组之间 (P<0 .0 0 5)有显著性差异。宫颈扩张三组用药组之间 (P>0 .0 5)无差异 ;镇痛效果宫术安栓、利多卡因优于米索前列醇 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :三种药物都是人工流产术中宫颈扩张、镇痛的有效药物 ,且局部用药操作简便、安全、副反应小。
Objective:To observe the effect s of three different drugs in cervix dil ation and pain relief during artificial abortion.Methods:210 pregn ant women whose gestational age were from 6 9 weeks wer e classified into four groups according to diagnosis date:Naproxen groups,lidoca nine group,Misopronstol group,and contro l groups.The patients of four groups hav e similar clinical character(p>0.05).[WT5 HZ]Resul ts:The three kind of drugs had ex act eff ects in cervix dilation and pain relief, and there were obviously statistical sig nificance between drug group and contro l group(p<0 005).There were no statistic al significance in cervix dilation among the drug groups(p>0 05).The Naproxen an d lidocaine have better effects than Mis oprostol in pain relief(p<0 05).C onclusi on:The three kind of drugs have g ood eff ects in cervix dilation,and pain relief during artificial abortion.They are all topical medications,so they can be used easily and have the character of safty a nd slight side effect.
