摘要
大型国产锅炉通过采用高低压旁路系统保护再热器 ,回收工质 ,而进口大型锅炉则是控制炉膛出口烟气温度来实现保护再热器 ,用 5%旁路使参数快速达到汽轮机冲转参数和使工质得到回收。但实际运行结果表明 ,再热器管子氧化加快 ,存在爆管漏泄隐患。通过实施在大型锅炉二次汽管道加装向空排气 ,虽有汽水损失 ,但保护了再热器 。
Reheater of utility boiller made in China is protected by high and low press bypass,but the reheater of utility boiler imported is protected by controlling temperature of boieler outfall breaching.Parameter of turbine and working plasma reclaiming in 5 % bypass.Real operating shows pipeline of reheater oxidizing quickly and detonating leakage.By assembling air-out tube on the second steam-air duct in utility boiler,although steam-air and water is lost,but reheater is protected and set can be kicked over quickly.
