摘要
通过提出哈三电厂 2 0 0 8t/h锅炉存在的二次汽温低和空气预热器入口烟温低这一难题 ,对比了平圩电厂和北仑港电厂同容量锅炉的煤质、结构、受热面和热力参数 ,分析了原因 ,提出几种改造方案 ,并在实践中实施。
Raises the problem of lower secondary steam temperature and air preheater inlet smake temperature with the 2008 t/h boiler of Harbin No.3 power plant, analyses the causes by comparing the quality of coals used, structures, heated surface areas and thermal parameters of boilers of the same capacity of Pingyu and Bailungong power plants, and suggests several upgrading schemes for implementation, and points out boiler manufacturers must attach importance to the influence of the type of coal used on the performance of boilers in use during design and manafacturing of boilers.
