摘要 利用高压密封消解技术来消解蒸汽汽轮机叶片上的盐垢 ,确定了理想的消解体系及消解条件 ,能比较方便、快捷地完全消解盐垢 ,并对消解后的元素分析测定作了相应的研究 ,结果令人满意。本法的SiO2 和Fe3+ 的标准加入回收率分别为 95 %~ 1 0 1 %和 97%~ 1 0 8%。 Incomplete dissolution of salt scale sample on steam turbine blades influences greatly on the accuracy in the determination of elements in it. In this paper the salt scale was dissolved by means of dissolution technique of High pressure hermetic seal. Large numbers of tests have been carried out to determine the ideal digestion system and digestion conditions. Salt scale may be completely dissolved easily and quickly. The determination of elements after dissolution of samples was studied and the results were satisfactory. The recoveries of SiO2 and Fe3+ in standard addition method were respectively 95%similar to 101% and 97%similar to 108%.
