摘要
运用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法进行锌银电池银镁盐膜中铜、铁含量的测定,介绍了测定铜铁最佳条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时对样品的硝化处理条件及在测定中样品的干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法具有灵敏度高、重现性好、步骤简单、操作容易等特点。同时对样品的干扰及方法的准确度和精确度也作了研究。样品铜铁含量的分析测定其相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=10);标准加入回收率均在97.0%~103.0%(n=6)范围内,达到了实验室分析质量控制的要求。
The application of air-acetylene fl ame atomic absorbing spectral method to measure the content of Cu、Fe trance quantity in silver-magnesium salt membrane of zine-silver pow der was studied.The optimum measuring conditions for Cu,Fe and p otency in which a fine liner range pre sents were introduced,and the interference factors were considered.The method had the advantages of high sensitivity,less interference and good selectivity and reappearan ce.The relative standard deviation s were all less than 1.0%in ten sample measures,and the standard ad ding recovery was in the range of 97.0%~103.0%,the practice showed that the method was fully suit ed to measure the content of Cu,Fe tra ce quantity in silver-magnesium salt membrane.The proposed method w as proved to be an useful and tinishes the requirement of all-round achieving laboratory analysis quality control.
