摘要
利用非离子表面活性剂存在下的胶束催化作用,硒(Ⅳ)对Na2S还原培花青(GC)有强催化作用,建立了流动注射催化光度法测定硒(Ⅳ)的新方法。本方法的测定范围为0.05~1.00mg/L,检测限为0.01 mg/L。11次重复测定的相对标准偏差不大于2.0%。用于硒酵母、猪肾、自来水和金施尔康药片中硒的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of non ionic surfactant, Tween-80, a new flow-injection catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of se lenium(Ⅳ) based on its catalysis to the reduction of gallocyanine (GC) by Na2S was established. The linear range and detection limit are 0.05-1.00mg/L and 0.01 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviation of eleven replicat e measurements is less than 2.0%. This method has been successfully used to dete rmine selenium in saccharomy selenic, kidney of pig, tap water and Jinshierkang tablet.
