摘要
采用 TPR、常压微型反应器 -气相谱评价装置 ( MRC)、XRD、SEM和 IR等技术 ,研究了助剂 Ti O2 对耐硫变换催化剂活性和抗水合性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在催化剂中添加适量的 Ti,能使更多无活性的 Mo6 +转化成有活性的 Mo5+ 和 Mo4+ ,从而使反应活性增加 .同时 ,在 Al2 O3载体中引入 Ti O2 后 ,能明显减弱 Al2 O3上 L酸的强吸附部位 ,从而减弱了 Al2 O3载体水合反应的能力 。
The Ti promoted sulfur tolerant water gas shift catalyst has been studied in micro reactor system as function of activity and anti hydration by using TPR?SEM?XRD?IR techniques. The results show that an appropriate amount of TiO 2 in the carrier of catalyst can transform much more number of the inactive Mo 6+ in the catalyst into the active ones such as Mo 5+ and Mo 4+ , obviously increasing the catalytic activity. Meanwhile, the strength of L acid absorption sites on the surface of the Al 2O 3 can be effectively weakened, so that the carriers ability to react with water is weakened, and the anti hydration of catalyst can be sharply enhanced.
