摘要
采用XRD方法,研究了拟薄水铝石三种典型脱水产物γ-、8-和θ-Al_2O_3在170℃水热及自身压力条件下的晶相变化情况。结果表明,这三种氧化铝都发生了再水合现象,最终产物都是薄水铝石。对部分再水合样品的晶相分析表明,氧化铝直接水合成水合产物,再水合过程不是原水合氧化铝脱水过程的逆过程。
The hydrothermal behavior of γ-, δ-, and θ-alumina derived from pseudoboehmite was investigated by means of XRD. It was found that the three dehydrated aluminas were all rehydrated under hydrothermal conditions,i, e. in contact with water at 170℃ under its saturation pressure and boehmite was obtained as the only product after rehydration for 48h. The XRD patterns of partially rehydrated aluminas show that the rehydration process occurred directly, which is by no means the reverse process of dehydration.
