摘要
通过不同的三乙胺盐及丙烯酸对环氧酚醛树脂的开环反应 ,合成了含不同季铵盐及丙烯酸酯基的新型水显影感光树脂。研究了环氧基在不同三乙胺盐开环时的转化率 ,产物溶解性。
New type water developable photosensitive phenolic resins containing different quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized through ring opening reaction of epoxy phenolic resin with different triethylamine salts and acrylic acid. The conversions of epoxy group during ring opening reaction with diffrent triethylamine salts were compared. Solubility, photosensitive properties and thermal decomposition of the phenolic resin containing acrylate groups and different quaternary ammoniun salt groups were studied.
