摘要
本论文介绍了一种具有热敏性能的氧化叔胺酚醛树脂的制备以及性能表征。以环氧酚醛树脂(F-44)和二甲胺为原料,当环氧基团与二甲胺的摩尔比为1:1.1时,F-44的环氧基团开环后绝大部分与二甲胺发生加成反应,另有小部分自身交联,溶液黏度增加,树脂分子量提高;然后用双氧水(H_2O_2)氧化50%的叔胺基团,得到最终的氧化叔胺酚醛树脂。由于N-O极性键的存在,该树脂在140℃以下具有良好的水溶性,而在170℃以上,因N-O键断开而失去水溶性且瞬时放热,即在加热作用下实现了亲和性的反转。该种材料有望用于开发免化学处理热敏成像材料。
This study was mainly focused on the synthesis and thermo-imaging performance of phenolic resin containing oxidized tertamine groups.Firstly,when molar ratio of epoxy group and dimethylamine is 1:1.1,epoxy group occurs ring-opening reaction with epoxy phenolic resin(F-44) and dimethlamine as raw material.And most of them and dimethylamine occurs additive reaction,others occurs self crosslink increasing molecular weight and solution viscosity.Then,when molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide and tertiary amine group is 11:0.5,tertamine phenolic resin was oxidized with hydrogen peroxide to afford the oxidized tertamine phenolic resin,which had strongly polar oxidized tertamine groups.This new resin was easily dissolved in water below 140℃,and N-O can break and release heat instantaneously when it is heated above 170℃.This showed that the new resin could be used in chemical-free thermal laser imaging applications.
