摘要
中石化洛阳分公司常压蒸馏装置原设计为 5 0Mt/a,由于加工原油的品种和性质发生变化 ,3 5 0℃以前馏份产率大幅度提高 ,使装置的实际生产能力不到 4 0Mt/a。 2 0 0 0年 ,通过大胆使用新技术 ,改造了初馏塔和常压塔塔盘 ,并运用窄点技术重新优化了换热流程 ,使装置的生产能力提高到了 6 0Mt/a。
