摘要
由农副产品稻壳所制得的高表面积 ( 31 2 0 m2 /g)活性炭制得了催化剂 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O/C,在此催化剂作用下以乳酸与正丁醇为原料合成了乳酸正丁酯 ,并考察了催化酯化的各种影响因素。实验表明 ,固体酸 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O/C是合成乳酸正丁酯的良好催化剂 ,最佳反应条件是 ,醇酸摩尔比为 2∶ 1 ,催化剂用量为 2 .0 g,反应时间 2 h,上述条件下乳酸正丁酯的收率达 96.2 % ,含量
Active carbon with high specific surface area(more than 3000 m 2/g)was prepared from rice husks.And the solid acid catalyst SnCl 4·5H 2O/C was prepared and its catalytic properties for the synthesis of n butyl lactate were tested.The effects of reaction conditions were optimized.Under the optimized conditions,the conversion of lactic acid is above 96.2%,and the purity of resulting product is over 98.0%.
