摘要
目的与方法 采用跳台法测定复方丹参液对小鼠学习记忆能力的作用。结果 复方丹参液能明显改善东莨菪碱所致的小鼠学习记忆获得障碍 (与模型组比较 ,P <0 .0 1) ,且较脑复素更有效。
Objective and Methods By using step down test,the action of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on mice's ablity to learn and memory was detected.Results Comparing with the model group,Compound salvia miltiorrhiza could improve the memory acquited handicap caused by Soopolamine obviously,P< 0.01。 Moreover,the function of Compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection was better than that of Cerebrolysin. Conclusion Compound savia miltiorrhiza injection could improve the ablity to learn and memory.
