摘要
目的 探讨外固定器治疗股骨粗隆间骨折并发症的发生原因及防治办法。方法 回顾我院 1987～ 1999年间使用力臂式外固定器治疗的 35 7例患者 ,平均年龄 75岁 ,并进行平均 12个月的随访。结果 根据临床症状、体征及X线片表现评估疗效 :优 2 85例 ,良 5 1例 ,可 7例 ,差 3例。近端固定针并发症 :针道感染 40例 ,拔出 10例 ,切割股骨头 9例 ,穿透股骨头 5例 ,骨髓炎 3例。结论 外固定器治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效显著。
Objective To analyse the causes and methods of prevention of the complications during treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur using external fixation apparatus Methods 357 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur treated with external fixation apparatus were reviewed.The average age of the patients was 75.The followed up period lasted for an average of 12 months.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]The curative effects were evaluated according to clinical symptoms,physical signs and X ray findings:excellent results were obtained in 285 cases,good in 51,fair in 7 and poor in 3.Proximal fixation pin canal infection occurred in 40 cases,pin loosening and falling off in 10,femoral head cut in 9,femoral head penetrated in 5 and osteomyelitis in 3.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]External fixation apparatus is a good device for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.The occurrence of the complication is related to the case selection,the determination of indication of surgical treatment and technique of pin insertion of external fixation apparatus.
