黄芪对创伤性窒息脑损害保护作用的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :探讨黄芪对创伤性窒息脑损害的保护作用 ,为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法 :应用大鼠创伤性窒息动物模型 ,分空白对照组 ,生理盐水治疗组 ,黄芪治疗组和假手术组。采用 HE染色、尼氏染色、透射电镜观察创伤动物脑组织形态学改变特点 ,并评价黄芪对脑神经元的病理影响。结果 :注射黄芪后 ,海马 CA 1区痉挛微血管比率明显下降 ;线粒体切面积比较 ,注射黄芪后小的线粒体明显增多 ,大的线粒体显著减少 ;黄芪治疗组神经元病理改善 ,其神经元损伤率明显好于生理盐水组及对照组。结论 :黄芪对创伤性窒息所导致的神经元损伤有保护作用 ,黄芪应用于以缺血为主要改变的颅脑外伤 ,具有经济和社会价值。 Objective:To observe protective effect of Astragalus membranaceus(黄芪) on the cerebral lesion by traumatic asphyxia in order to provide scientific evidence for the use of Astragalus membranaceus in clinical treatment.Methods:An animal model on rats suffering from traumatic asphyxia was used in the study.The rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group,control group,normal saline group,and Astragalus membranaceus treatment group.HE stain,Nissl′s stain,and transmission electron microscope(TEM) were used for the changing characteristics of brain histomorphology of the traumatic animals was observed,and the pathological effect of Astragalus membranaceus on neurons was evaluated.Results:After injection of Astragalus membranaceus,the rate of the spasma microangium in hippocampal CA1 area decreased sharply.As far as the comparison of mitochondrial crosssectional areas were concerned,after injection of Astragalus membranaceus,the number of small mitochondria increased obviously,while that of macro mitochondria decreased remarkably.Pathological improvement of the neurons in the Astragalus membranaceus treatment group was observed,and its neuronic damage rate was much better than that of both the normal saline group and the control group.Conclusions:Astragalus membranaceus has the protective effect on neuronic damage induced by traumatic asphyxia,and it can be used to treat craniocerebral trauma with ischemia being the major symptom.It is,certainly,of great economic and social value.
