摘要
目的:观察缓解期小气道功能的异常状况,探讨缓解期预防的方法。方法:将30例哮喘缓解期患者与30例健康人进行对照。结果:哮喘组与对照组比较,MEF75、MEF5O、MEF25及MMEF4项指标均有显著性差异。结论:哮喘缓解期小气道功能明显异常,此期的治疗与预防不可忽视。
Objective: To observe the abnormality state of small air-way function and study the methods of prevention during the remission stage of bronchial asthma. Methods: 30 patients were contrasted with the same number of normal. Results: There was a significant difference in MEF75,MEF50,MEF25 and MMEF between both groups.Conclusion:There are significant abnormality in the function of small air-way during remission stage and a great importance should be attached to its treatment and prevention at this
stage.
