摘要
采用气相色谱法分析了虎奶菇的脂肪酸组成。其主要脂肪酸成分软脂酸 (C16∶0 )和亚油酸 (C18∶2 )在菌核和子实体中分别占 19.1%、18%和 68.4 %、62 .1% ,其中多不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸占优势 。
Gas chromatography was used to analyse the compositions of fatty acids in the sclerotium and fruitbody of Pleurotus tuber regium Sing.. The results showed that its main fatty acid compositions were soft fatty acids (C 16∶0 ) and linoleic acids (C 18∶2 ),which were 19.1%, 18% and 68.4%, 62.1% of the total fatty acid content in the sclerotia and fruitbodies of P. tuber regiun resp., and that the sclerotia and fruitbodies of P. tuber regium were worth being developed and used as medicinal materials.
