摘要
用气相色谱法分析了小鼠眼球中脂肪酸的组成及百分含量。分离是在２５ｍ×０．２５ｍｍＰＥＧ－２０Ｍ熔融石英毛细管柱内进行，眼球中１２种主要饱和及不饱和脂肪酸得到了定性和定量。本实验可为有关眼疾病的治疗、预防及生化方面的深入研究提供有意义的信息。
The composition and percentage content of fatty acids in eye ball of mice are analysed by gas chromatography.The separation is performed on a 25m x 0.25mm PEG-20M fused silica capillary column.The qualitative and quantitative analyses of 12 main saturated and unsaturated fatty acids have been finished.This experiment gives the information for the cure,prevention and Biochemistry research of eye disease.
