The developing course, existing problems and the developing trend of mushroom industry of China were retrospected, summarized and prospected in this article. And 3 strategical changes and 3 superiorities during the developing course of mushroom industry with Chinese features were summarized, 6 new conditions and problems during the new developing stages of China mushroom industry were analyzed, while 12 countermeasures and suggestions for the strategical frame modulation of China mushroom industry in 21 century were submitted too.
