摘要
对激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察血小板钙波动的方法进行了改进。解决了血小板贴壁不牢,加入的诱导剂混和不够充分等问题。
Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope(LSCM)is a very advanced molecular biology analysis instrument. We had stvdied the platelet calcium oscillation by LSCM. In this study, we improved the method so that the calcium oscillation could be observed more successfully and conveniently.
