对国内外金属切削刀具技术的现状和最新进展进行了概述、分析和探讨 ,指出了我国刀具业目前的现状和存在的问题 。
Cutting tool technology abroad and at home in reviewed and analyzed.The situation of China tool industry and the existing problems in the field are discussed.The state ofthe art of tool technology worldwide is also pointed out.
