点磨削快速成形与非直线刃钻头的成形刃磨研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了点磨削成形的快速成形磨削新原理和新方法。这是一种紧密依靠 CAD/CAM技术的新的成形磨削方法,其原理与快速原型制造类似。作为应用特例,对双曲后刀面等不能用普通形状砂轮刃磨的非直线刃麻花钻进行了快速成形刃磨。 A new principle and method of point forming grinding for rapid molding grinding were proposed. This is a new machining method of contour grinding which is close to CAD/CAM technology. The principle of work is similar to Rapid Prototyping. As a special case of applications, the hyperboloid twist drill was rapidly contour ground. Having non-linear edges, this kind of drill could not be sharpened by general shape grinding wheel and grinding method. The final cost of making contour grinding wheel is too high, so researches and applications of the drill types are very difficult to make and were stopped for a long time.
