摘要
介绍了一种以切割前沿辐射信号为检测参量的激光切割实时监测系统 ,利用此监测系统实时采集了氧气辅助激光切割时的前沿辐射信号 ,并对切割质量与前沿辐射信号的关系进行了初步研究 ,研究表明不同切割质量时的信号特征明显不同 ,信号的振幅谱在低频区的主频与切割辉纹出现的频率有良好的对应关系。
A laser cutting real-time monitoring system is presented in the paper, which detects radiation from the cutting front. The monitoring system is used to collect and analyze radiation signals from the cutting front in laser cutting processes with oxygen as an assistant gas, and the relation between cutting quality and radiation from the cutting front has been studied. The obviously different signals come from different cutting quality, and researching into the curve of swing spectra of signal, there is a principle frequency in low frequency domain,which corresponds with the frequency of striation on the cutting edges. The mechanism of characteristic signals from different cut quality is discussed at last.
