摘要
本文简述了等离子检测、声发射检测及切割前沿射线检测等几种激光切割的实时监测方法,并分析了每种监测方法的优势及不足。
This paper presents several real-time monitoring methods for laser cutting using plasma,acoustic emission and radiation from cutting front as sensing signal. And analyzes the priority and shortcoming of each one.
