摘要
通过对核磁共振(NMR)法和索氏抽提法测定油菜种子含油量的比较研究,得出两种方法的相关系数(r=0.9818),并给出NMR法测定油菜种子含油量的标准曲线(y=-0.082+10.710x)。同时,讨论了NMR法的测定准确度、精密度和时效性,结果表明用NMR法测定油菜种子含油量具有样品用量少,测定速度快,结果准确、可靠,不损伤样品等优点,适用于育种研究。
Through comparative study of NMR method and Soxhlet extration method in the determination of oil content in rape seeds, the correlation coefficient between the two method is derived (r =0.9818). The standard curve of oil content in rape seeds plotted in terms of the data obtained by NMR is given (y =-0.082+10.710x). The accuracy, precision and efficien- cy of NMR method are discussed. The experimental results show that the NMR method has the merits of less sample consumption, rapidity, precision, reliability and no sample damage and can be used for studying rape seed breeding effectively.
